How big are they?

Most companions stand on their own between 6 and 12 inches. The 6″ fits beside a keyboard, the 8″ holds its sign at eye level on a shelf, and the 12″ is a proper hug.

Each piece is handmade by our artisans, so every order needs time to be finished properly. Orders are crocheted in the order they arrive. During busy periods production simply takes longer — if you’re buying for a special occasion, order early so there’s time for both making and delivery.

How big are they?

Most sit between 6 and 12 inches and stand up on their own. The exact size is listed on each product page.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is crocheted by hand after you order — about 7–14 business days — then shipped tracked worldwide in about 7–21 business days. Every product page shows an estimated delivery window. If you are buying for a birthday or holiday, order early and message us so we can flag it.

Can I change the words on the sign?

Each piece comes with a printed card that slides into its hands, so you can swap it for a note of your own. Want us to write something specific? Leave a note at checkout or contact us.

What are they made of?

Cotton-blend yarn, polyester fill and safety-locked eyes. No glue, no printed parts, nothing that pulls off easily.

Why is my order taking a while?

Because someone is physically making it. Busy seasons like Christmas and Halloween stack up the queue. We will always tell you honestly where your order sits if you message us.

Are they safe around kids and pets?

Eyes are safety-locked, not glued, and there is nothing sharp inside. That said, these are shelf pieces, not toys — the beads and small trims are not made for a toddler or a determined dog.

How do I keep one clean?

A soft brush and a lint roller handle most of it. If it needs more, hand wash cool with a little mild soap and let it dry flat. Never put one in the machine.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — every order ships with tracking, worldwide. Orders over $75 ship free.

Can I return an item?

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Are these official licensed products?

No. HookLova pieces are handmade, fan-inspired designs and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any film or TV studio.
